Fifteen15 is a new condominium in Calgary only a block from 17th Avenue. Somewhat of a rarity in today’s design era, Fifteen15 boasts 23 storeys of brick veneer. Towering over the neighbouring buildings, Maverick is an attractive addition to the Mount Royal community.
The brick veneer on Maverick is a mix of Hebron and Interstate norman sized brick. Norman sized brick is slightly larger than the standard modular, and gives the tower some character.
For the Maverick project, Ib Jensen Masonry used hydrolic scaffolding to access all 23 storeys of thetower. Our employees are specially trained tooperate the hydroscaffold and were subject to strict safety standards during construction.
