The design of ATCO’s new corporate campus is comprised of three buildings; two office buildings and one amenity building. The amenity building includes space for a cafe, learning demonstration of innovation center, fitness space and ATCO’s signature Blue Flame kitchen. The campus is designed to be a showpiece, demonstrating ATCO’s multidisciplinary role within the province.
The project totals over a quarter million sq ft of new development on a brownfield site. This initial phase of development will serve to create a next level of business headquarters that will set the standard for others to follow. With high visibility on a major Calgary thoroughfare, the design responds to the unique conditions of the site.
